Made with 85% tank fermented base wine from the 2016 vintage blended with 15% of Réserve wine from the 2015 vintage, that was aged on no Sulphur in barrel for 18 months. After tiraging in October 2016, the wine went through secondary fermentation in bottle where it spent a further 18 months before disgorging. The wine displays the exemplary freshness from the young wine along with the added complexity from the Réserve wine. The Pinot Noir characters are dominant, and the Chardonnay brings superb length.
