At the Tapanappa cellar door, we have planned a full weekend of delicious bubbles, mouthwatering picnics and time with Xavier in the winery!

Meet the Maker DAOSA Masterclass

Saturday Nov 16, 2024 | 10:30 am to 12 pm

Love sparkling? Want to know more about how we make it and why we have coined our own term for Methode Champenoise; Method Classic™? Xavier will host an intimate group around the winery to explain the process of our winemaking and talk about the importance of our Piccadilly Valley fruit and lees ageing.

We will conclude with a tasting which will include some special aged sparkling from our cellar. It will be both fun and educational! There are very limited places, so get in quick for this one. 

After the masterclass, you are welcome to stay longer and join us for a picnic!

Picnic with DAOSA

Friday Nov 15 to Sunday Nov 17 | 11 am to 4 pm

Celebrate Sparkling Spring with a picnic in the vineyard, perfectly matched to DAOSA sparklings. Pack your picnic blanket, grab a bottle (or magnum!) of sparkling from our cellar door and soak in the view over the Tiers Vineyard.

You are welcome to bring your own picnic or you can pre-order a picnic pack with us, which includes a box for two from Ernest Delicatessen, a bottle of water, plus two GoVino picnic wine glasses. 
 
If you plan to BYO your picnic, please still book in your time below. 
 
Sparkling-focused tastings at the cellar door will also be available all day.
