We celebrate our cool climate home in the heart of the Piccadilly Valley, and own and manage all of our own vineyards to ensure the best quality fruit. All winemaking techniques – from hand picking to lengthy time on lees – are chosen to create wines of reflective site and space giving us wines of complexity and balance.
TERRE à TERRE
The wines of TERRE à TERRE are grown across a single vineyard over Wrattonbully’s ancient limestone geology covered in Terra Rossa topsoil.
This vineyard, which we called Crayères Vineyard, (the word in Champagne used for cave) spans across 8-hectares consisting of Sauvignon Blanc (2.67ha), Cabernet Sauvignon (3ha), Cabernet Franc (1ha) and Shiraz (1.07ha). All wines are made to show the best of the vineyard terroir, celebrating grape typicity and our unique positioning giving us wines of texture, balance and length.
