“A classic Australian blend in the hands of a masterful French winemaker and the result is a restrained, polished and textured wine that is brimming with black berry fruits and layers of spice and interest.
A vibrant medium red in colour with black pastille and blackberry, there is feigned richness of oak in terms of chocolate and spice however it is the nuance of the tightly bound and savoury edged fruit that really defines the wine. Tannins are dusty and fine with a vein of liquorice and drying blackberry bringing things to a close.”
