This is a tasting about variety- two varieties with substance and style; and the variety expressed by vintage, region and winemaker.
Xavier Bizot, owner and winemaker of Terre à Terre will be sharing three vintages of each wine from Terre à Terre’s estate vineyard in Wrattonbully to discuss vintage variation, and three wines of each variety from winemakers and regions he admires, at home and abroad. This is an opportunity for wine lovers to come together to admire and discuss these two classic varieties.
