Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Reserve 2015
“60% cabernet sauvignon, 20% shiraz and 20% cabernet franc matured in French oak (75% new) for 6 months, then a 5yo foudre for 15 months. There’s a lot of oak in the wine, but the fruit is sturdy and generous, so there’s every reason to believe it will quickly find flavour balance.”
