Terre à Terre Rosé 2017
Mature little pinot noir and chardonnay beauties were hand harvested from Piccadilly Valley vines and used for vigneron Xavier Bizot’s fizz. Fortunately for us, juice from the pressings went into this sophisticated dame. After time in barrel and on lees she’s the perfect dinner guest; a low-alcohol delicately presented conversation starter with a sophisticated palate (strawberry, stone fruit, and citrus) and a pale salmon/orange hue that makes her stand out from the crowd. Optimal drinking time is now ‘til 2022. Only 175 dozen were produced, so don’t dawdle.
