Botrytis Pinot Gris gets 95 Points from James Halliday

CREATING CLASSIC AUSTRALIAN WINES

Pale straw-bronze; a very classy wine; the grapes were fully ripe at the end of March with only 20% showing any botrytis; harvest took place on 28 April, with half the grapes still uninfected, 30% shrivelled and 20% fully botrytised. The fermentation was stopped at the right moment.
