In the mouth it’s sophisticated, refined and dry with elegant flavours of floral red and green apple, nectarine, red berries, crème fraîche, salinity and toast-like savoury complexities. A spine of integrated, yet tense acidity tightens, while a creamy, velvety mousse teases with texture. It’s finely tuned, beautifully balanced and long, ending on white peach, raspberry and a hint of chalkiness. Simply gorgeous!
