Deep red colour with a strong purple rim. The bouquet is very foresty and has a trace of eucalyptus, the palate is full-bodied and quite firm, with lashings of tannin, but the tannins are ripe and smooth. Rich, ripe and elegant in the mouth. Its not minty but foresty, with a savoury spectrum of aromas and flavours. It should develop well with time.
