CREATING CLASSIC AUSTRALIAN WINES

2023 Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Cabernet Shiraz

There’s lovely balance of fruit and earth, with aromas of black currants, spices, tea leaves, herbs de Provence, licorice and tomato leaves. The palate is mid-weighted with firmly framed tannins, bright acidity and a ferrous, slightly meaty and drying finish. Made in a claret style, with plenty of complexity. Drink or hold.
