Terre à Terre Down to Earth Sauvignon Blanc 2018
Pale and youthful. Clipped aromatics – clear impact of time in oak. Grapefruit and ripe lemons, with a creamy, leesy texture. Acidity is in the ripe lemon essence vein. Very smart winemaking.
