Terre a Terre 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon – seriously structured

CREATING CLASSIC AUSTRALIAN WINES

Deepish red, purple tints. Eucalyptus/mint plus nut, spice and subtle oaky aromas, not yet fully settled, but clean and good quality.

Same in mouth, where it has a load of tannin and tight grip on the finish. Needs food or time. A seriously structured wine that would be transformed by food, I suspect.
