Great start with the Sauvignon Blanc
Probably amongst the best Sauvignon Blanc from our Terre à Terre vineyard was hand picked on 13 and 14 March 2014. The fruit was picked at relatively low sugars (11.5 Bé), with great flavours and acid. Now settling safely in tanks at the winery at Piccadilly.
