Terre à Terre Summertown Vineyard Reserve 2016
Extraordinary aromas of scented red apples and warm strawberries. The palate is very fine and tight, with excellent fruit clarity in the cherry and tart raspberry spectrum. Don’t be deceived by the pale colour and fine structure as the palate has good depth and excellent flavour intensity. Decanting is recommended if drinking young. Though it will also benefit from time in the cellar.
