CREATING CLASSIC AUSTRALIAN WINES

Terre à Terre Crayeres Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2012

Author: Patrick Eckel | Wine Reviewer

“If you ever wanted a great example of aged Sauvignon Blanc this is it . There is a minerality to the wine that beguiles its age and cuts a swathe through the wines richer aged characters.

Aromatics focus on lanolin, candied lime and a touch of cumquat. The palate has energy and balance with lime laced acidity contrasting citrus and stone fruits with a touch of flint and lemon curd to finish. Exceptional length and many years ahead. There is a reason Terre a Terre has become one of the most recognised for this grape in Australia.”
