“There’s a fabulous mousse and really persistent bead upon pouring. Really complex aromas of baked apple, citrus, nuts, nougat and honeysuckle. So much to like here. Flavours are fine, focused and very complex. There’s lovely weight and mouth-feel and the length is impressive. The flavours are in the citrus, just-ripe stone fruit and toast realm, and there’s also a textured saline minerality. Top class fizz.”
