It was fermented in large format French oak then on lees for seven months in a combination of stainless steel and French oak.
Pineapple sage and lemons leap from the glass. Sift a little further to reveal white fleshed stone fruit, pineapple husk and green melon. The exuberance is noticeable yet there is a rhythm of creaminess that just taps its foot to the beat. Clean with a respectable length, bravo!
