The 2023 Crayeres Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is silky, fine and tightly coiled, and while very intense, it is restrained and long. This is ever an impressive wine, with the overlay of the lovely cool vintage that was 2023. This is recommended. 13.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap. The 2023 Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc was harvested between March 16 and 17, 2023. The fruit was partly whole-bunch pressed, with 48% fermented in French oak demi-muids and 52% fermented in tank at cold temperatures. The wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation and was bottled in January 2024.
