The 2024 Crayères Vineyard Reserve Fumé Blanc is complex and layered, with an abundance of savoury notes that really catapult this wine out of the league of everyday and into something far more profound than that. The wine was fermented and matured in oak (after a two-week cold settling period in stainless steel) on the full lees, sans bâtonnage. The wine was racked, then bottled and spent 18 months in glass prior to release. This is another excellent release of this wine. 13.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap. 94+ Points
