Terre à Terre Crayères Reserve 2015
Deep red colour with a tinge of purple. The bouquet is herbal and meaty, with a hint of charcuterie and a rich, soft-tannin palate which is supple and accessible young. It’s quite complex. An attractive cabernet with violet and blueberry notes, and appealing balance and texture. There is abundant tannin which is supple, ripe and gives the wine excellent structure. It needs age, and should cellar superbly.
