I’m captivated by the delicacy of this blend. A gentle crème brulèe and caramel type aroma wafts through early. The fruit is beautifully handled and strides along almost removing any chance of friction with the surface. A 63/37 blend, it steadily gains momentum that gravitates to the mid-palate and zones in.
