“Pale colour. Attractive tropical fruit, lemon curd, stone fruit aromas with hints of tonic water. Minerally palate with plentiful lemon curd, nectarine, grassy flavours, fine loose knit chalky textures and underlying tonic water/ leesy notes. Finishes crisp and long with bitter-sweet notes. Refreshing wine with very good varietal definition, volume and crunchy freshness. Fermented in 40% large oak foudres/ demi muids and 60% stainless steel. Drink Soon 12.8% alc.”
