“Light straw-yellow hue with a discreet varietal character on the nose, summoning fresh-cut herbs, lemon juice and pith, small flowers and the faintest tropical hints. A trace of lightly toasted cashew-nut. The palate is delicate, savoury and properly dry. It’s clearly varietal but not pungently so. A reserved wine which will richly reward a little cellar time. (Hand-picked fruit; fermented in seasoned 600-litre barrels, no malolactic) ”
