“Lemon sorbet! What a fantastic pure fresh lime flavour with flint, smoky undertones, lime leaf, crushed lemongrass and that beautiful elusive balance of softness and tension creating a smooth experience hard to capture in wine. Fine wine. It finished on a zing and preserved ginger note releasing warmth while carrying a green sweet apple and ‘minerality’ long into the aftertaste.“
