Quite delicate and fresh, with aromas of sliced apples, oyster shells, grapefruit, citrus peel, sea spray and flint. The palate is mid-weighted, with lovely tension and bright acidity that balance mineral- and yeast-driven flavours. Persistent and refreshing finish. Made from a single vineyard and aged 38 months on tirage before disgorgement in May 2025. A true blanc de blancs with plenty of class and precision. Drink or hold.
