DAOSA Natural Réserve 7th Release
Traditional method – Winemaker Xavier Bizot has trademarked his own term, “Method Classic”. The seventh release of this wine under DAOSA began with 2022 vintage fruit before blending with older reserve wines aged in oak. Pinot Noir dominant. Initial richness and creaminess are welcoming stepping-out points, sweet fruit and a faint vanilla bun in the palate, offset by citrussy acidity that creates a delightful lemon gelato flavour.
