CREATING CLASSIC AUSTRALIAN WINES

Crayères Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz 2018

“Deep crimson with a purple hue and a pure and sweetly floral nose of potpourri, blackberry, dried blueberry, plum, raspberry, dill, bayleaf, rosemary, pine and licorice. Minted chocolate, dried orange, tobacco, pencil shavings and graphite sit in the background. Elegantly complexed.
In the mouth it’s rich, buttery and smooth with a great drive of dark berries and licorice. The fruit is accompanied by a spread of fine, drying tannins and a camouflaged current of acidity that gently flows. Long and classy! The midpalate shows texture, oak and spice, along with a touch of red berries that carry through to a reaching tail, waiting to be completed in the years to come. Delicious, beautifully balanced and built with a structure of richness and firmness to last. This is quite special.”
