CREATING CLASSIC AUSTRALIAN WINES

Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Author: Ray Jordan | Wine Pilot

Very pale lemon yellow hue. Lemon curd, gardenia and pea shoot aromas. Great intensity of lemon and passionfruit at the core, floral lifts with a hint of saline minerality offers contrast and there’s a subtle smoky note suggesting some barrel work along the line. Good length, acidity and a brush of phenolic grip ensures a dry and long finis. REVIEWED 25 MAY 2025.
