Wonderfully generous and inviting nose of lemon confit, chalk, lime zest, green apples and shortbread. The palate is medium-bodied with focused acidity and a generous mouthfeel, giving notes of creme brulee, baking spices, pink grapefruit and river stones. Very powerful with an underlying freshness. From the Bollinger family collaboration with Brian Croser. Made from 100% chardonnay from the single Daosa vineyard, which was planted in 1996. Drink or hold.
