DAOSA is up there with the best of them in sparkling wine terms. I took a sip and I just wanted to drink it, even though it was early morning. It’s so fresh, so zesty, so laden with flavour and so lingering. It walks into your glass and pitches itself perfectly. It’s citrussy and oystery and awash with green apple notes and then infused with almonds, musk and cream. Everything is measured and executed to perfection. It’s excellent.
