Wonderful aromatics and the palate to match. This is one of those wines that seems overtly dry, and overtly rich, at the same time, in the best of ways. It tastes of toasted bread and elaborate spices and stone fruits and preserved citrus, with an an element that seems kirsch-like humming in the background. It’s drama in a glass, and yet still there is finesse.
