Crisp green apples and lots of them. This is a wine of brisk intensity. It’s super fresh, shows characters of lemon curd and brine, and throws honey and spice notes into the fray as well. It’s an NV release but, even so, I’d argue that it will improve – and needs – extra time in bottle.
