“This superb local sparkler, 100% Chardonnay, spent more than four years on lees, impressive even by the standards seen in Champagne. The fruit came from a single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. This is the ninth release of this wine.
This is a seriously impressive sparkler, by any standards. Pale lemon in colour, this is finely crafted with aromas of spices, apples, florals and chalk notes. A quality and classy blanc de blancs. There is a creamy texture. Enjoy this now and over the next eight years. Superb. “
