Terre a Terre Crayères Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2015

Probably safe to suggest that this is becoming (or is) one of Australia’s benchmark Sauvignons.

It’s ripe and full, yet maintains its poise and shape throughout. Guava, just-ripe pineapple, vanilla and spice, subtle grassiness well in the background. It fills the mouth with flavour, has an almost slippery creamy texture, but features firmness of flint that scrubs up the texture beautifully. Smooth glide and carry, with a long dry finish that’s infused with mint cream. Terrific.
