Daosa Piccadilly Valley Blanc de Blancs 2011
Coconutty oak and aldehydes dominate the bouquet. Spice and lees. It’s rich in the mouth as well as acid-lively, concentrated, intense, very long. (100% made in old barriques; 43 months on lees).
