Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2015

Bright, light yellow hue, with some discreet herbal fruit and nutty aromas from oak, very savoury and not obviously varietal. It’s about more than sauvignon blanc varietal fruit – although it is apparent on the palate where there is a bright note of gooseberry allied with frisky acidity. Very dry finish, long and crisp. This would take some age well.
