Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2016

This impressed much more than when last tasted. It’s a style that needs time – as well as air. Light yellow colour, with a rich, complex bouquet displaying barrel ferment and spicy sauvignon blanc aromas, the palate rich and full and loaded with character. It’s a very smart white Bordeaux style which will reward cellaring. Good concentration, drive and persistence. A satisfying and delicious mouthful.
