Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2015

Hand-picked, whole bunch-pressed, chilled overnight, fermented in demi-muids (20% new), matured on lees for 8 months. A bold decision to let the grapes ripen to the degree they have, but it’s paid dividends, the exotic array of guava, passionfruit and green pineapple balanced by the impact of oak fermentation and maceration. Much in the mould of prior vintages.
