Terre à Terre Rouge 2015

No particular varietal signature on the nose – rather smudgier and less refreshing than the 2014 with which I was so taken. A very pleasing blend on the palate but there is something just slightly less than fully ripe on the nose and the Shiraz is more dominant than the Cabs. Still a bit of chew on the end. This is wildly more ambitious than most wineries’ entry level red.
