Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2015
Beautiful wine this, offering drinkers the chance to see sauvignon blanc of delicacy, purity and restraint, yet it has all the hallmarks of freshness and vitality expected from the variety. It’s imbued with fresh stonefruit, green herb, ginger spice character. It’s just a touch chalky in texture which lends complexity and interst. Bravo. 13.9%
