Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Cabernet Franc 2015
Close planted (1.5m x 1.5m) with a very fresh, sappy and pure set of red fruit aromas. Very bright, lively and gently minted raspberries and redcurrants. Light spiciness and toffee, too. The palate is smooth, supple and elegantly paced. The fruit has the plushness of whole berry fermentation. Very neat with plenty of flavor and soft, pillowy flesh.
