“cedar, chocolate and cassis”- Wine Advocate reviews Crayères Reserve 2015

CREATING CLASSIC AUSTRALIAN WINES

Joe Czerwinski published this review in The Wine Advocate in June 2019:

Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Reserve 2015

“A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc and 20% Shiraz, all from closely planted vines in Wrattonbully, the 2015 Crayeres Vineyard Reserve blends subtle leafiness with notes of cedar, chocolate and cassis. It’s medium to full-bodied and velvety on the palate, with a long, pristine finish. It’s nearly drinkable already, but it should drink well for at least a decade.”
