“supple tannins”- Wine Advocate reviews Crayères Vineyard Shiraz 2015

CREATING CLASSIC AUSTRALIAN WINES

Joe Czerwinski published this review in The Wine Advocate in June 2019:

Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Shiraz 2015

“The medium to full-bodied 2015 Crayeres Vineyard Shiraz features scents of mint, licorice and mulberries. In the mouth, it’s smooth and streamlined, with supple tannins that come to a gradual, silky close. It’s aged a year in 50% new oak barriques, then spends another 16 months in foudres prior to bottling.”
