“Woah! Sophisticated Sauv Blanc. This is the type of Sauvignon Blanc I want to drink. It’s considered and intriguing.

Whole bunch pressed before being sent to large format French oak, there is certainly a wow factor to the mouth feel. 

Passion fruit souffle, dehydrated apple, thick slices of concentrated white fleshed nectarine add some body. Circling on the fringe are cut parsley and some dried herbs.

There’s so much intrigue and interest lying within. The creaminess from time in oak adds a deft touch. Lingering long, damn I enjoyed this wine.

Curiously, it is suggested the wine can be cellared for 15-20 years. I’d be keen to revisit it when that time has been seen out but why wait when you can embrace the freshness now.
