This is the second cracking vintage [2010] in a row of a wine that stakes a claim to be among Australia’s best sauvignon blancs.
Made from fruit grown at Wrattonbully in South Australia, it is a beautifully textured wine with more complexity than many of its cousins thanks to six months aging on lees. It has a nice balance between citrus and pineapple fruit fl avours and hints of nuttiness and attractive smoky characters.
