Close-planted cabernet vines planted in soil that rests on a shelf of 37 million year old limestone. This is Wrattonbully region cabernet.
Decent cabernet. Plump with curranty fruit but fine and tannic through the finish. Good balance. Dusty edges. Tannin builds as it breathes. Signs of vanillin oak in the background. Would expect this to mature well. Needs to develop complexity.
