Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Cabernet Franc 2014
Hand-picked, crushed, destemmed, 1-tonne fermenters 24 days, matured in French barriques (30% new) for 18 months, 240 dozen made. A great example of a light to medium-bodied wine that has complexity coming out of its ears, the scene set by its clear, vivid crimson-purple colour, the aromas and mouthwatering flavours with more or less equal portions of sour and red cherries.
