Terre à Terre Rosé 2016
Another from the Adelaide Hills, this wine is light and fruity, but, most notably, dry. Savouriness is another word for the spice and the dry, red fruitiness of cranberries and pomegranate here. It’s wicked drinking, a touch fancy and impossibly good with Matt’s feasts.
