Let’s get a little more serious now and delve into fine Piccadilly Valley chardonnay, nurtured by Xavier Bizot, son-in-law of Brian Croser, with more than five years of traditional method winemaking that deliver beautifully delicate bubbles, creamy texture, and a complex set of typical Hills yellow grapefruit and white stone fruits with secondary yeast bun richness and complexity, for a satisfying fuller-flavoured style.
